1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Paratro's MPC wallet infrastructure and x402 payment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service Description
Paratro provides MPC-based wallet infrastructure, x402 payment facilitation, policy engine, approval workflows and audit services. Services are provided on an as-is basis for digital asset management and are subject to availability and blockchain network conditions.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, configuring appropriate spending policies and approval workflows, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, and the actions of AI agents operating under wallets you create.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are based on your selected plan and usage metrics including wallet count, transaction volume and assets under custody. Usage beyond plan limits is billed at published overage rates. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Paratro is not liable for losses resulting from blockchain network failures, smart contract vulnerabilities in third-party protocols, unauthorized access due to user misconfiguration, or market value changes in digital assets. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain access to export your data for 90 days. MPC key material associated with your wallets will be securely destroyed per our key lifecycle policy.
